“Yeah, but I’d hoped at some point to become immortal like him. I wanted to spend eternity with him.”
”Well, you know his ‘future self’ is hanging about around here. If you like, you could talk to him.”
“But does his future self have all his memories of me? And if his future self is here, wouldn’t that mean he changes back at some point?”
